Mental Health Awareness Week – Day 1 Connect

As today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week Roadbridge will be covering ‘The Five Ways to Wellbeing’ by focussing on a new topic each day. ‘The Five Ways to Wellbeing’ are simple actions to practice each day to maintain or improve our mental health and wellbeing.

To kick off the week we will be highlighting the different ways we can stay ‘Connected’.
