The Cashel By-Pass project was a Design & Build Contract awarded by the National Roads Authority under the Transport 21 Framework. It was awarded to Roadbridge in December 2002.

- The earthworks, drainage, road construction, accommodation works, fencing and other ancillary works
- The design and construction of 9km of dual carriageway road, together with 2km of single carriageway road, involving: 750,000m³ of excavation, 210,000m² of road surfacing, 2000m³of structural in-situ concrete
- The following road crossings: 4 no. Underpasses, 4 no. Overbridges, 1 no. Under bridge
- Cashel By-Pass opened 7 months ahead of Schedule.
