Key Features

  • Major rock excavation up to 17m below existing street level and processing for re-use off-site as capping material (500,000m³)
  • Almost 100 no. blasts in an existing urban environment within 40m of existing apartment complex
  • Temporary piling works including almost 500m of Kingposts @15m deep
  • Rock netting, rock bolts and soil nailing for King Post retaining
  • All underground drainage including the individual units up to floor level

  • All traffic management activities including: Traffic Management Plans, coordination with local authority, site access points, wheel-wash and road sweeper maintenance for the works
