Roadbridge was appointed main contractor for the project and also undertook role of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage.

- Demolition & reconstruction/extension of existing toilet block. (Blockwork 2000m2, Cut Limestone Facing 841m2)
- Construction of 300mm & 400mm HDPE rising mains (800m)
- Construction of 800mm HDPE out-fall from Treatment works to a point 2km into Tramore Bay
- Demolition of existing Commuter Station
- Remedial Works to existing Cove Pumping Station
- Construction of a Pump house on existing 450mm sewer
- Construction & maintenance of a temporary Screening Chamber and Pump Sump and the installation of twin 250mm rising mains (58m)
- Construct new & upgrade existing concrete pipes ranging in size from 300mm to 750mm (400m)
- Construct new in-situ manhole chambers (29 no.)
- Ancillary works – stonework, fencing, site works, piling, waterproofing, penstocks, GRP Flooring, road/pavement construction
